These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by FlowVac – Gutter Cleaning Specialists (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide gutter cleaning and related exterior maintenance services.
Service scope is based on the agreed quote and inspection.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on visible conditions at the time
Hidden issues may result in revised pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
All prices include GST unless stated
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
Weather may affect scheduling
4. Access and Safety
You agree to provide:
Safe access to the property
Clear work areas
Disclosure of hazards
We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise
Late payments may incur fees
Unpaid invoices may be referred for recovery
6. Property Damage
We take care when performing services.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Fragile or deteriorated materials
Hidden defects
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
8. Warranties
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.
9. Communication
By engaging our services, you agree to receive:

Phone calls
Related to your service and account.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
10. 60- Day Flow Guarantee
FlowVac guarantees that accessible gutters and downpipes cleaned during the service are free of blockages at the time of completion.
If a blockage occurs within 60 days due to debris or obstruction that was missed during our service, FlowVac will return and clear the affected area at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Pre existing drainage issues or defects
- Damaged, rusted, or poorly installed guttering systems
- Inadequate fall or system design issues
- Stormwater systems, pits or ground drainage
- New debris accumulation after the service (including from trees, weather or neighboring properties)
This guarantee applies only to property serviced during the original clean.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version applies.
